Taylor Takes 2nd at Kent State’s SURE 3 Minute Thesis Presentations!

Taylor Dimmerling, a sophomore at Kent State University, earned 2nd place in the Biochemistry category at the SURE Program’s 3-Minute Thesis competition! Her presentation showcased her ongoing summer research on how early-life novelty influences stress responses in adulthood. Taylor outlined the lab’s innovative enrichment paradigms, comparing novel and non-novel environments and presenting the carefully designed novelty schedule currently being used. We’re so proud of Taylor for representing the Seese Lab and sharing her work!
